Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Animator and Artist with experience in East Asian animation styles to join our creative team in Sheffield, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and supporting the creation of animated content for various productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.
- Create illustrations, hand-drawn animations, effects, and graphics.
- Edit and refine animated content using industry-standard software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for East Asian animation styles.
- Contribute to the overall creative vision of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to animate and illustrate with hand drawings in a variety of East Asian styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong knowledge of editing techniques and software.
- Solid understanding of digital design principles.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator for creating graphic elements.
- Passion for storytelling through video editing and animation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in animation, fine arts, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in East Asian animation styles.
- Experience working in a creative agency or production studio.
